
TIME100 2022

Franchise Overview and Goal: TIME100 is an annual list that recognizes the 100 most influential people in the world. In 2022, TIME looked to enhanced this franchise by producing several large-scale executions - inclusive of a two day event with a summit and gala (the first since the pandemic) primetime broadcast, digital hub and magazine feature.
My Responsibilities: Launching this multifaceted program took coordination across all global teams at TIME. Because of this, I stepped into the role as the central conductor, overseeing the franchise launch as a whole and see that all teams were working cohesively to reach our end goal. Team that I worked with included editorial, video, sales, marketing, events, product, design and more.
The challenge of my role as conductor was ensure that every team across TIME was hitting their milestones, are collaborating with one another, having the foresight to catch any potential issues and work with the appropriate teams to find a solution if/when they arise. The role required the conductor to be extremely diligent and detail oriented, but also understand from a high level the impact one team’s decision may have on another’s and in that, be proactive in communications and strategy.
