The March is a groundbreaking immersive exhibit featuring the 1963 March on Washington and Martin Luther King’s “I have a Dream” speech. This premiered in February 2020 at the DuSable Museum in Chicago. To promote the program, we created design elements for a 360 degree campaign - producing a website, digital display and social assets, OOH marquees, print ads, merchandise and premiere event materials. I managed the timeline, content document listing all deliverables and design resources for each aspects of this program.
Unfortunately, a month and a half after the exhibit launched, the world was hit by Covid-19 and the museum had to temporarily close its doors. To keep excitement about The March, TIME created a digital exhibit, inclusive of a sound bath. I worked closely with the Director of Design, freelance motion graphic designer and web designer to create the product.
